He freely admitted the idea came from that and 20 something other sources for the basic idea behind the book, but the idea isn't what is copywritten. If it were there'd be a whole lot less books out there.

It only gave my title a 10.2 chance of being a best seller.
Still I think "In the Details" is a great title for the story of a man with ninety-nine names for God on his wall. So, I'll stick with it.

Lilac...speaking of names for God, did you know that there's a story about monks or lamas in Tibet, or some remote monastery, who have been writing down all the possible names of God for hundreds of years and the legend says that when they write the last name, the world ends? I love legends!

I did not know that. Odd coincidence as my story also involves the end of the world or at least the potential end of the world. "Ninety-nine Names for God" is a book title I saw one day at the checkout counter at Border's and my sick sense of humor started singing "ninety-nine names for God on the wall...". This led to a failed poem but the concept of ninety-nine names for God on a wall stuck with me.
