Am I mad?

Postby priyanthi » Tue Apr 04, 2006 12:26 am

I am part writer, part IT professional – a sort of a bi-schizoid, you might think. Perhaps I am off my rocker to be palming off my silly stuff like this, instead of pounding away at my keyboard for dear life, churning out useless programs... or pounding flour or scrubbing floors or picking kids off school... Yet, I’d rather be playing with words like this… And so, “Long Life to You, till we meet again (If ever)!” or “Ayu-bowan, Ayay Hamuwana Thuru!” as we say in Sinhalese…

Are you mad?

Well, if you're a writer, I would say "Probably!" But hey, it beats working.
