The Picture Perfect Writing portion of Wordtrip is used to inspire writing through the "VISUAL" of life. Look at the current picture and write an opening line, paragraph, poem, or short story. Perhaps even begin a new novel!

Here's your next picture challenge to inspire us to write. Write an opening line, paragraph or even a short story to go along with the picture. Perhaps even begin a new novel! Maybe members would like to use these as future tags... just ask the person who starts it if it's ok to use.

FADS
Tongue studs, nose rings,
Tattoos galore.
No matter what
They still want more.
Lip gloss, eyes ringed
like mad raccoons.
Jeans cut out
To show twin moons.
Some fads look like
The wearer's hexed.
Oh, my, what will they
Think of next?
nothing is ever simply Yes or No. There's always a But...

Wax Lips and Candy Lipstick

Ribbon candy brightly striped
donuts wtih candy sprinkles
sugared lips with sweetness added
and eyes that fairly twinkle.

Each year's couture outdoes the last
without enhancing the wearer.
Yet all adopt the latest craze
and none admit their error!

My heart beats in poetry. I think in rhythm and dream in rhyme.

Give me a crit! I can take it!

Very good both of you!
Is this my reality or yours?
