Go get em Mlou!

One of my coworkers had to have a knee replaced a couple years ago at only 45ish... and my wife's grandmother has had both done in the last few years I think... just a few more to add to your list of "everybody is having knee replacement surgery".

They can put in a chip that plays the theme from the 6 million dollar man!!!! We can rebuild him. We have the technology.

It will go off everytime you kick your PT in the butt. (wink)

Thanks all for your well (I think) wishes. *smile* I'll enquire about the sound chips. As long as I'm awake to make sure they mark the right knee. The last time I had something removed, they had written in "right" when it should have been the "left" headlight. Luckily I was still alert enough to raise a ruckus. "Oh," the doctor said, "We would have caught the mistake in the O.R." Yes, and I'm Dolly Parton! *See* y'all when I return.

I'm finally home but of not much use to anyone yet. Actually did write ONE poem while in stir, about the ivy outside my hospital window. Otherwise, I'm vegetating hoping to get rid of all the side-effects that came along home with me. Are we still doing Tuesday poetry challenges?

Wow! We're in the doldrums. Give me another day or two and I'll try to get some going again.
