Confessions of a Shopaholic

Postby bfsooner » Mon May 30, 2005 9:04 pm

Ok, so "Confessions of a Shopaholic" is not what I usually go for when I sit down to read a book, but more than one of my friends said the main character reminded them of me. Therefore, I really had to check out this character. I kind of have to agree. The similiarities are we have the same name, both of have boring jobs in finance, and shop too much. I have better control of my finances, but I do spend way too much on books, journals, ink pens, writing guids, magazines, and handbags. Besides that, this book is hilarous. There are several laugh out loud moments in this book, and there are several moments where your heart wants to break for her. I recommend this book for a quick vacation from your life.
