That was a quick reply!!
Well, I like to read mostly mysteries and thrillers (They thrill me...heehee :D. Right now I am reading an advance copy of Greg Iles-Turning Angel...I have read all of his books and can hardly get my nose out of this one long enough to go to work every day  I also like Harlan Coben and Stephen King (can't wait til Cell comes out!!) and Dean Koontz. Actually I will read pretty much anything...but these guys are my passion right now.
When I was younger I wrote poetry...the angst of love and loss and all of that....haven't written lately but still have the urge occasionally. Might post a few of those that I wrote.
For breakfast I have......coffee??? Unless I am hungry and have the time.....a waffle or two with butter and powdered sugar....sugar high for sure.

Soooooo Crazy Psycho Lunatic #11-----is there a #10???? #6???!!!

Oh and hey...here is another thing about me....I LOVE the South~~ New Orleans (Before and after K) the gumbo, the music, the whole enchilada.....well not THAT far south...the whole po' boy????

:-P :D
Later wally gator........

Hi, djean...another psycho looney checking in. If you like psycho thrillers, you'll love it here. You're my kind of reader...Dean Koontz, one of my faves. He just gets better with every book.
Glad you mentioned poetry. As a, ahem, poetry mod, I'm always touting the glories of our Tuesday poetry challenge, and the other daily challenges too. Try it, you'll like it, as they say. And if you do, we have the whole slew of back challenges that never run out of date, for you to try. So get sampling and have fun!

I work at the puter and send out work or paint watercolors while he cheers them on...or curses them, depending upon how they're doing.

Wait 'til you read her poetry. It's fantastic.

We've got a couple of people who are reading/just read Odd Thomas. I'm sure there's a discussion thread for that book somewhere around here.

And yes there is a crazy psycho lunatic #10 and #6, but don't about figuring out who they are......you'll know it when you meet 'em.

Oh, HECK no . . . we have all ages on here. I'm a Fogelberg fan from way back, at least up through "Exiles". He was a master of that ".the angst of love and loss and all of that" that you mentioned earlier . . . I guess like the rest of us, he grew out of it.

Some of the CDs are hard to find--especially since I buy everything used or on sale--but ebay is a great invention!

My morning . . . well, it's a MORNING . . . but I bet it's warmer than YOURS!

I love Ebay!!! I have found some great buys on CD's that no one else has. Also I have recently started buying Advanced copy books....they are usually cheaper and I love being one of the first to read a book before it comes out to the general public.
Yep, it's pretty chilly here......I think around 30 degrees.....unusually warm for this time of year....

Apparently at some point Grand Island was surrounded by rivers, the Platte, the Loup.....the Mississippi  ....haha...kidding....Anyway, whoever was in charge of naming it thought that "Grand Island" fit Of course now, most of those rivers have no water so we could re-name it........Grand.....Dry-land...heehee.
