hi y'all

Hi y'all,

Nice to meet everyone. I'm new 'round these-here parts, so I'm going to hang around a while and check things out.

I'm hoping to meet some other enthusiastic aspiring writers, as I'm kind of worn out on the kinds of writing I've been doing. Positive energy and a renewed passion for writing would be great gifts at this point. . . :)

See y'all online,
Suz

Welcom Susie! (That is your name here, isn't it?) Anyhow, I'm Clint and I'm the resident brat kid at a whopping 14. Haha. Everyone else here is an adult (I think), except for me and funky. She'll come out of hiding eventually... Well, it's great to see a new face on here and I hope you enjoy yourself. Bye!

We are definitely not lacking for enthusiasm around here. We have a different challenge posted everyday so I'm sure there'll be something that comes that will interest you and challenge you to write something you normally wouldn't.

It sounds like you're making an early Christmas list:
1. positive energy
2. renewed passion for writing
I like those so I think I'll add a couple more for you. :D
3. unlimited wealth (shared exclusively with my friends at Wordtrip)
4. invincible health (so you never suffer from carpul tunnel syndrome while writing)
5. immortality (so you don't have to worry how long it will take you to get published.)

If you get any of them this year be sure to let us know. Oh and WELCOME TO WORDTRIP!!!!!
Is this my reality or yours?

Hi Susie! :) Welcome to WT where we positively exude positive energy :D and do our best to encourage each other's writing passions. You'll find so many fun and challenging things to do here...hope you'll stick around and perhaps find what you're looking for.

Thanks, y'all! This is gonna be fun.

And while we're making that Christmas list, Pengwenn, let's add another couple of items to the list:

6. a fabulous agent who gives each of us his/her undivided attention
7. a dedicated, honest, but kindly writing group that helps make the stuff that finally DOES get down on paper approach readability for others . . . :)

Later gators . . .

Hi, Dish--welcome to the boards.

Why don't you share a little about your writing experiences with the class?

Oh, and happy wordtripping.

Welcome to Wordtrip. I am the one that bard(clint) mentioned. I am a younger wordtripper, but I am always posting something, and PEOPLE READ IT!! My point if you have a story, poem, prose, anything to do with writing it WILL get read along with comments.

I love it here and I hope you, after you get settled, will love it!!

Hey Doc, welcome to Wordtrip! Since none of our faithful greeters have asked the usual question yet, what do you write?

And there are a few other youths here, but, yeah most of the rest are at least voting age...

Hi, Suz...Anblick might have added that some of us are practically PAST voting age! :D (But still have most of our marbles...most of the time.) Hope you'll join in and take up some of the challenges in whatever field you're partial to...which is, as blick asked, what?
