God, I hate being a newbie

Postby AlienEeeter » Tue Jul 12, 2005 9:00 pm

The basics:

I'm am:
22 yrs old
A part time student/full time cafeteria lady
A cat lady
Playing Magenta in the Rocky Horror Picture Show.

I've been writing since I was twelve, and spent most of high school writing fanfiction. In college I stated focusing on origional work.

I have one writing credit, a short story published last summer, and havent tried again because I have started and stopped three novels since that time.

Hey, don't worry about it! I've been here well over a year and haven't ever even TRIED to be published yet! Then again, I can't handle rejection, so I probably will never try...

ha ha. Too bad I just changed it. Realizing that I recoginize ppl by their avatars, I decided I wanted something not depecting movie characters, and something more origional. The new one is from a painting called "Lurking Turnip" by Ursula Vernon.

You'll find quite a few of us aren't patient enough to keep the same one for long enough to get comfortable with it. Plus yours was rather original!

Welcome! I've been here for over two years and have left at times for various reasons, but I've always come back here. It's my home away from home, kind of. Coming here to converse with other writers and sharing ideas. It's definitely a warm place to be. I think you'll like it.

Welcome to Wordtrip Eeeter... beware the weird members; they often bite.

Which ones are weird, you ask... guess you'll determine that once you're bitten. :D
