1. You are very young, and thus, less experienced. I could be wrong about this but at age 25 or 35, it seems to me that one would have a good deal more practice and experience at juggling life plus work and being able to fit more in than one at age 15. 2. The book you are attempting (while being VE...

I would have loved to have a literary magazine at my high school. I'm jealous. Well I'm lucky this new...

Okay, so a mini-update. My novel is well...um... not getting anywhere. I am not having my school writer's block it's just I just don't feel like writing. I know I am writing now, but it's different. The passion for my novel is dying in my very hand. I want to cry because I feel discouraged. Have I t...

glass
pretty but insecure
can break with one wrong turn
a boat its' handler
goes to which the wind takes it
so the life of glass
can only trust
the one at the oar

her ominous face
carved by man
weeping,
yet, mysteriously no tears
as one might imagine
a secret doth lie
beneath the ground
where a facial expression
gives no clue

I've been in school a week and it is going better, a lot better, than I ever could have imagined. My writing though has once again been put on the back burner. It infuriates me that I can't just write and get the first draft of my novel done. If school keeps getting in the way my novel won't be done...
